2. Ordering

When placing an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the item ordered is not available, we will notify you and refund any payment already made.

Your order will be considered accepted only upon successful payment approval and debit of the payment card, at which point the contract will be formed according to these terms.

You may have the option to cancel your order within a brief timeframe after placing it, with the exact duration depending on your selected delivery method. It's not possible to modify your order; you must cancel it, and if necessary, return the original item(s), before placing a new order.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment for your order will be processed securely through our designated payment gateway. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to select from a range of delivery options, each with estimated delivery times and dates based on the shipping address provided.

While we strive to adhere to all delivery schedules, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as postal or carrier delays, logistical challenges, or inclement weather conditions. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any delays, and you should be able to track the progress of your parcel accordingly.

Shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

In the case of returning goods, the customer pays for all postage. As a customer, you assume the transport risk in the event of a return.

Always remember to save the receipt and tracking number as documentation in case problems arise during shipping.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

If, despite all circumstances, you encounter an issue with the quality of any of our products, please reach out to us at info@reclaimactive.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos displaying the product and the defect. We will then guide you through the claims process to resolve the issue.
